Welcome to the Florida Association for Food Protection (FAFP)!
After 11 years of participating in FAFP, I am honored to serve you as FAFP President this year. We are a purpose-driven organization dedicated to food safety education, development, inclusivity, and professional networking. FAFP is a community of food safety advocates from industry, regulatory, and academia who collaborate to build awareness and a safer food system.
Over the last several years we have all navigated emerging challenges, technology, and research. I largely attribute FAFP’s success throughout this time to the partnership and trust built among our members. If you are new to FAFP, I encourage you to get involved and become a member. If you are a standing member, thank you for your continued support!
This year we are eager to resume our in-person quarterly luncheons throughout the state and our three-day Annual Educational Conference in Orlando. We pride ourselves on hosting engaging events with diverse presentations, exhibits, and networking opportunities. I look forward to seeing you all there! Thank you for your commitment to food safety progress as we continue to partner in 2022!
